For this challenge I wanted to make cards for a newborn so I made a set for girls and boys. I hand designed a baby bib buy cutting a circle then 1/2 punched it with the 1 1/4" punch. I then stamped the baby girl or the baby boy stamp and circle punched them out with the 1 1/4" and adhered to the scallop. After that I tied a ribbon around to "tie" it together, added stickles and voila! Lots of fun on this blog hop again! Enjoy and thanks for checking out my blog!

@Tina-Nope, not a template. I used a circle cutter to make it, then cut out the "neck" with a 1 1/4". After, I glued it to some white and hand cut with scissors the "lace" then used a needle to punch the holes in it. :) Thanks for the compliment, I had lots of fun with this.
